She was an instructor at NAMTA, National Art Materials Trade Show in Denver, CO teaching “Creative Watermedia” – the use of metallic and interference paint.

Brief History

Patsy and her husband live on a lake near Brady, NE. She creates art and teaches in her studio in North Platte, NE. The city of North Platte’s Chamber of Commerce has recognized Patsy for “Salute to Women of Achievement for Outstanding Accomplishment in the Cultural Arts Field”. She was instrumental in creating a  the  Creativity Unlimited Arts for city of North Platte  in 2007 and served on the board until 2012 arts council. During that Time the vacant I913 Post Office building was purchased for renovation to become Prairie Arts Center. The project is on going. She has also served on the board of “Impact I and II, a project that published an art book of Nebraska Women Artists and had a country wide touring exhibit. She served as president of Impact from 2010 to 2013.
